Shipping Rates
Every day we ship packages from the Netherlands through the UPS parcel service. If we receive an order before 1.00 pm it can be shipped the same day (in most cases):
• Within the Netherlands the packages are delivered the next working day.
• The average delivery time for Belgium and Luxembourg is 2 working days.
• Shipments to Germany and France are delivered within 2 to 3 working days, on average.
• To other EU countries the shipments generally take between 3 to 5 working days.
If items are not in stock the customer will be notified of this by e-mail with confirmation of the expected delivery time.
WITHIN THE UK: FROM OUR UK OFFICE WE ALSO SEND THE PACKAGES EVERY DAY. For shipping rates you can contact our UK-office: +44 (0)1908 281400.
There are also Import duties to be paid by the recipient when ordering from non-EU countries (for example: the UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc.).
Rocbo delivers by DAP (Delivered At Place).

C.O.D. shipments: The additional costs for C.O.D. shipments are €25,- per shipment.
