The Lubro Star®-System
The Lubro Star ®-System consists of:
● a robust special steel pressure tank
● an infinitely adjustable dosage device
● the Lubro Star ®-Synthetic Activator (LSSA).
Use of the Lubro Star®-System
Using the Lubro Star ®-System you can work with compressed-air-operated equipment, under all climatic conditions without interruption. For lubricating all kinds of compressed air tools, such as, e.g. pneumatic drills and drill bits, pneumatic hammers, tunnelling machines, pneumatic pile drivers, trenchless technologies, compressed air tools in all branches of industry, mainly in the construction industry and underground mining.
LSSA - Synthetic oil for compressed air equipment
This synthetic lubricant and de-icing agent, which is added to the compressed air, has been developed to meet the exact requirements of compressed-air-operated tools and machines.
Choking of the system is prevented by a suitably disposed pipe system and large cross-sections, and simultaneously even the smallest quantities of LSSA can be supplied in the compressed air.
Extremely small quantities can bedosed and suitably atomized by appropriate adjustment of the dosage device. It is also possible to alter the dosage during operation.
The LSSA supply can be reduced or increased without interrupting the operation. Incidentally, any synthetic lubricant and de-icing agent can be dosed with the Lubro Star ® maintenance system. However, numerous tests and practical application have shown that the best results are achieved with Lubro Star ®-Synthetic Activator.
The Lubro Star ®-Synthetic Activator (LSSA) is:
● Environmentally friendly and rapidly biodegradable
● Temperature range: -60°C to +90°C
● Viscosity (+-40°C) 18 mm²/s/meets ISO-VG 22
● A mixture of fully synthetic oils with anti-corrosion and anti- wear additives
● Anti-icing effect up to -60°C
● Absorbs water condensate without loss of the lubrication quality
● Reduces tool wear and downtime
